Have you heard of Ayurveda in trending wellness blogs, magazines, your yoga teacher and thought, what is this? 

Ayurveda is on the rise in the West in particular, but is not new. It's the oldest and continually practiced healing system in the world and translate literally as the Wisdom of Life. 

Ayurveda is considered to be the sister-science to yoga and considers our make-up and connection of the 5 elements: Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. 

From these elements, we can create diet and lifestyle choices to support us in feeling balanced as we move through day, seasonal and life transitions.

Ayurveda 101 was created by you, for you, to learn, understand and implement Ayurvedic principles into your daily life with confidence and ease. 

Our session will take place once a week via Zoom, an online video conferencing platform. During the week there will be a Facebook live Q + A in our private group where we will share recipes, challenges, our process, and more!
