Yoga for Summertime (Pitta Season)-
Pitta is hot, oily, and sharp. The heat of summer can have us feeling agitated, judgmental, can experience more acidity in the body and overheating.
Enter: Ayurvedic yoga. Opposties create balance. Drop the hot yoga and focus on cooling, softening and expansive practices. In each 75-minute class, we'll experience centering, mindful movement meant to expand, specific breathing practices to support this process, and meditation. I send you journalign prompts and a playlist to play along with practice if that's your jam!
Open to all-levels of experience. Classes will be recorded and you'll have access for a month afterward to revisit.
