Ayurveda is the oldest and continually practiced healing system in the world. It works with the elements of Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth to create balance within our bodies, minds and environments.
At the end of this program, you will have a deeper understanding of how Ayurveda and Yoga work together as sister-sciences, and specific lifestyle practices to calm and sooth anxiety anytime of the year.
This program will meet live on Zoom on Wednesdays at 4:00 p.m. EST beginning January 9th - February 13th. The calls will last 45 - 60 minutes depending on what's needed. If you can't make a call, you will have access to the recording. Each week will have a PDF file associated with it so you have these tools for life!
