Service Description

This 12-week mentorship program is designed for those who may not want to go to school for Ayurveda but would still like to learn the details to integrate within your business and/or home. We meet once a week for 1 hour and I teach you topics like digestion, women's health, the 6 tastes and more, customized to your interests.
