Home yoga has many benefits: rolling out of bed in your pajamas, practicing in a familiar space, creating ritual and your own sacred space and time in your house, a reminder to pause as you move throughout your day.
It can also be distracting: neighbors, kids, pets, realizing you haven't vacuumed in a while.
This is why we practice on the mat, to help us in life. I'm passionate about sharing yoga to serve you in building your own home practice, and it starts here, at home (and on Zoom). Class times are in Pacific Standard Time.
